The DeadMan wants a word

Eunice is shuffling through all the papers on the desk.
She mutters under her breath about Brandon leaving on the best time (Sarcastically).
There is a knock on the door as Eunice looks up and sighs.
She yells for whoever it is to come in, but no one enters. She yells again but to no avail.
She sighs again and gets up and answers the door.
In the doorway is Chasm standing staring at Eunice while playing catch with a baseball, fairplay written on it.

Eunice: Yes? Did you not hear what i said. I said come in, but no one has entered.

Chasm smiles and Eunice looks puzzled.

Chasm: But....We did Answer???

Eunice turns around as Chriso looks down at her.
She looks shocked to see him suddenly but remains eye contact with him.

Chriso: We....Need....To talk

the old woman is very startled by chriso's sudden proximity to her.

"do you....don't you ever come in here normally, like everyone else?" she blithely asks while picking herself off the floor. she glares at both the deadman and chasm.

"let me guess. this is about riot, isn't it?"

Chriso smilies and looks to Chasm also smiling.
He looks deep into the womans eyes.

Now where would be the fun in that......
to be just like everyone else......

Chasm laughs as he enters the room.
Chriso turns around and looks around the room.

But no......
this isn JUST about RIOT!......
Me and Chasm have come to a decision......
We would like to go for the tag titles......
and we KNOW......
Riot members are going for them too......
and it will give us all the more satisfaction.....
to rip their desires away.....
and leave them with nothing.....
not even their SOULS!!!

Chasm picks up a picture on the desk and looks at it as if not listening.

the old woman is surprised by his announcement.

"you're looking to renew your old tag team?"

chasm silently nods.

"that can be arranged then. you were a good team back in destiny wrestling, though frankly i had thought you were going to demand a match with robert conrey."

Chriso suddenly flinches at the sound of Robert's name.
He looks back at Eunice and stares deeply.

Robert can wait......
Death and Damnation is painful.....
but knowing it is coming.....
and waiting for it......
is even more painful......

Chriso looks around the office during a pause before looking back.

I am not finished with him.....
he will be expecting some retaliation.....
so i will lure him into a false sense of security.....
and then when he thinks the DeadMan has gone......
i shall be back for his soul!!!

Chriso walks to Chasm and nods.

the general manager takes it all in, slowly nodding in response.

"if you want a match, i can schedule one for you this coming saturday. and i think you will get some opposition who will help you get motivated. will you be ready for that?"

Chriso looks down at Eunice with a blank look.

Ready?......
It is them who should be ready......
for the boat ride to the Underworld!!!

Chriso nods to Chasm as they walk out the door.
Chriso stops in the doorway suddenly and turns back.

Who are our opponents?......
i have something i have been DYING to try!!!

"i think your tag team opponents should be...bubba gump and jamal fatz," she flatly tells chriso, the hint of a smile perhaps crooking the corner of her lips.

Chriso suddenly for once has a smile on his face.

Perfect.....
Those fools call me heartless......
well after saturday night......
their hearts will be turned to ashes!!!

Chriso nods at Eunice lifting his hat slightly out of respect before turning and walking off down the corridor lights flickering as he goes.
