Paging the Tag Team Champions

we find mrs. winslow at her desk, going over a seemingly endless list of documents. stacking a sheaf of papers to one side, she taps on her intercom.

"bea, can you see if 4-down are around today? page them if they can come to the general manager's office today."

the legal counsel of united front wrestling continues about with the day's tasks.

Mrs. Winslow hears a faint sound of music coming from the hallway. It grows louder and louder and she knows that her page was heard. A knock is heard at the door, and Mrs. Winslow says to come in. Cletus and Horn appear in the office.

Horn walks up to Mrs. Winslow's desk and places an apple near some papers.

Cletus: You rang? Perhaps you were hoping to hear a song or two?

the old woman slips a document through a shredder. we briefly see darkness and contract written on the form before it is reduced to confetti.

"maybe another time. please have a seat."

the tag team champions make themselves at home.

"now, brandon is impressed with your performance so far. and he wants to help take you to another level by maximizing your exposure as much as possible. we're looking at setting up some media appearances for you to help highlight your many talents."

mrs. winslow smiles as she sees the growing excitement of the tag team champions.

"brandon also wants to give you more exposure, and he's looking to have you do more title defenses over the next few weeks. i do believe he has challengers for you this coming saturday. your goal is simply to win these matches. he wants to make you even bigger names than our previous tag team champions."

mrs. winslow leans back in her chair as 4-down consider the general manager's decision.

Cletus: That sounds right in line with what we had in mind as tag team champions. Defend against all comers and give all of the tag teams in UFW the chance to show their stuff. We want the tag division to rise to the top here, so this decision seems like a perfect way to kick up this logical progression.

Horn: And the media appearances.. that sounds like the perfect chance for us to show the world what 4-Down is all about..

Cletus: Yeah, that's true, though our focus will be strictly on promoting the fierce tag team competition that can only be found in United Front! So you tell Brandon to let us know where to go. Horn will bring the tunes, I'll bring my mouth. And you know we'll put on a great show!

mrs. winslow smiles.

"good. we will confirm your opponents as soon as we can. i think brandon may be booking you versus john sheridan's charges this weekend. in any case, good luck to you gentlemen."
